Slovenia increases corporate income tax rate to 19% as of 1 January 2017

Increase of CIT rate.

On 27 September 2016, the Slovenian parliament adopted a tax reform consisting of amendments to the Personal Income Tax Law, Corporate Income Tax Law and Tax Procedure Law. Thereby the Slovenian corporate income tax rate will be increased from 17% to 19% beginning with 1 January 2017.
