All applications (via https://foerdermanager.awsg.at) submitted electronically by 31 January 2018 – as all applications submitted since 1 July 2017 – will be processed. This applies both for the initial application as well as for the registration of additional employments. For applications submitted in time, the regulations concerning the employment bonus will continue to apply, i.e.– if all requirements are met – the subsidy will be paid out once a year in retrospect and up to three years in total. The payment still takes place one year after the social security registration of the employment relevant for the initial application.
Applications submitted to the AWS from 1 February 2018 onwards (i.e. including started but not yet finally electronically submitted applications) are considered delayed and will no longer be accepted by the AWS. Consequently, for these applications the employment bonus cannot be claimed anymore.
Submit your applications no later than 31 January 2018.
In principle applications for the employment bonus can be submitted within 30 calendar days from the creation of the first full-time-equivalent (38.5 hours/week). In fact, this is possible from the registration of the eligible employment at the social security agency. Due to the limited possibility of submitting applications until the end of January 2018, all applications (i.e. both initial applications and supplements to the initial application for further eligible employment contracts) to the AWS have to be submitted by the deadline of 31 January 2018 at the latest.
