Erste Implementierungen des Country-by-Country Reportings in Europa

Nachdem die OECD im Rahmen der BEPS-Initiative ihre Richtlinien zur Verrechnungspreisdokumentation überprüft und überarbeitet hat, liegt es nun an den einzelnen Ländern diese Maßnahmen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit dem Country-by-Country (CbC) Reporting, in nationales Recht umzusetzen. Obwohl in Österreich selbst noch keine Regelungen zur Erstellung eines Country-by-Country Reportings verabschiedet wurden, besteht für österreichische Konzernobergesellschaften dennoch schon jetzt Handlungsbedarf. Diese müssen nämlich für die Aufbereitung des CbC Reports Sorge tragen, sofern eine ihrer Tochtergesellschaften ihren Sitz in einem Land mit entsprechender gesetzlicher Verpflichtung hat.
